Productivity Application

-Examples are word processing software, clip art, presentation software, spreadsheet software, database, note taking software, calendar and contact management software, project management software, accounting software, personal finance software, legal software, and tax preparation software.

GRAPHICS AND MEDIA SOFTWARE

-A media player is a program that allows you to view images and animations, listen to audio, and watch video files on your computer or mobile device.

-Disc burning software writes text, graphics, audio, and video files on a recordable or rewritable disc.

SECURITY TOOLS

-Like personal firewall, antivirus program, spyware and adware.

FILE AND DISK MANAGEMENT TOOLS

-Like file manager, search tool, image viewer, uninstaller, disk clean up, and disk defragmenter.
